How it works
1. Complete the Enquiry Form – Give us some information about your device. Read the Terms & Conditions
2. Send us your Device – Based on the fault description, we provide you an estimate repair cost and a repair reference (RRN) number.
3. We Repair the Device and Send it Back to you – We are going to run diagnostics to identify the fault and repair the device. Full report and a final invoice will be provided. Once the invoice is paid, the item will be sent back to your address, using a 24hr tracked delivery service.
